Teleplex was designed from the ground up as a complete Computer Telephony Integration ("CTI") system, providing PBX, IP-PBX, ACD, Predictive Dialer, Call Recording, Interactive Voice Response, other features all in a single, integrated, affordable, turnkey solution.

Teleplex is built with commodity PC and telephony components, which lowers the cost and does not lock you into proprietary hardware.

Teleplex is a mature and highly stable product based on our 20 years in the CTI business.  All of our customers run their businesses with our systems, so it has to be reliable.

Teleplex is a 100% CompuTools-developed product that was created in our Tokyo office. It is fully internationalized, and currently available in English and Japanese. Other languages available upon request.
